For AC-to-DC power supplies with output power exceeding 75W, a Power Factor Correction (PFC) circuit shall be equipped. In switching power supplies ranging from 75W to 150W, the PFC circuit adopts CrM/DCM multi-mode PFC controllers, and the PWM chips mostly employ QR Flyback topology to enhance power supply efficiency and reduce product costs.
