2. Complete various reports required by the company, including customer visit reports, daily activity reports, monthly sales reports, etc.;

3. Understand product characteristics and delivery times, and systematically plan product promotion and stock preparation;

4. Supervise sales assistants to deliver goods in a timely manner and collect payments promptly;

5. Handle after-sales matters of products, understand customer needs and propose improvement measures;

Job Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, major in relevant electronic fields;

2. Outgoing and cheerful personality, fond of communicating with people; strong desire for knowledge and enterprising spirit, willing to take responsibility, and able to endure hardships and work hard;

3. More than 2 years of sales experience in semiconductor or electronic component distributors, with customers in switching power supply, household appliances, LED lighting drivers, power tools, or automotive electronics industries;

4. Sales experience in power conversion devices or relevant technical background is preferred;

5. Familiar with relevant MS Office software (Excel, Powerpoint...);

6. Certain driving experience.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the hardware design and development of power converters (such as switching power supplies, inverters, DC-DC converters, etc.), including topology selection, circuit design, magnetic component design, etc.

2. Complete circuit simulation, prototype debugging, performance testing and optimization to ensure that products meet the requirements of performance, reliability and cost.

Job Requirements:

2. Experience Requirements: At least 4 years of R&D experience in switching power supplies or power converters, with the ability to complete projects independently.

3. Skill Requirements:

• Proficient in switching power supply topologies (such as Flyback, Forward, LLC, PFC, etc.), and familiar with analog/digital circuit design.

• Skilled in using circuit simulation tools (such as Saber, PSpice) and PCB design tools (such as Altium Designer).

• Experience in magnetic component design, thermal design and EMC optimization is preferred.

• Familiar with the selection and application of power devices (such as IGBT, MOSFET).
